I had a problem when a basement pipe had a pinhole leak which got the nearby alarm equipment there wet . Had to replace a transformer and battery . Alex F oversaw all the repairs and was terrific. . He gave me his cell # to keep in touch to determine if the backup battery was re-loading or not to see if it was burned out . Couldn’t ask for better service , responsiveness or communication . Also , charged only one service call

Ive had and continue to have 5 star service from Post Alarm. Everyone i have encountered has been extremely helpful and courteous. Their system works like a dream and when it doesnt (because I have upgraded my router) I have a 2 minute conversation with Cruz their IT technician and it’s back to running smoothly. Couldn’t ask for better tech support! 10/10 all round.

Our family has been a Post Alarm customer for decades, and the professionalism of their service staff is worth noting. Service field supervisor Patrick Fay did an excellent job explaining how things worked as we went from room to room. He was efficient, organized, and worked meticulously as if it was his own house. He had all the needed tools, and came prepared. I like that they recycle old equipment and parts so it doesn’t just end up in a landfill.

I learned from him, and would recommend that if you have to request a service call from Post Alarm, that you request Patrick.
